  • 1 gallon water
  • 1/8 cup black tea leaves (or 4 tea bags)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 kombucha (Scoby -)
  • 1/2 cup kombucha (mature, from previous batch)
  • 1 teaspoon yeast (bottle - Best to use organic as it is the natural, on the ginger which creates the additional carbonation)
  • turmeric powder (1/4tsp per bottle – optional)
