I didn’t think I cared for brown rice before making it this way. Came out great! 😋

After finding this recipe, this is the only way that i make rice. I make a double batch every time. Brown rice keeps very well, so I often make this the night before and reheat with dinner the next day, There isn't a loss in quality when made a day ahead which is also why I like this recipe so much.
