- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
- 2 roasted red bell peppers (chopped, see Cook's Note)
- 1 lb. cod (center-cut fillet sustainable, or black cod)
- seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay)
- 1 lb. large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup fresh flat leaf parsley (roughly chopped)
