Made this for Xmas breakfast and it was a huge hit with my family. I assembled it the night before and allowed it to soak in the fridge covered in plastic wrap, the next morn into the oven it went, so easy. And as they said, it is very decadent. I made blueberry syrup to go with it, which paired perfectly. Shall do again for Mother's Day, gonna add the bacon this time.
