    These turned out great. As an experienced bread baker (using wheat flour) I am always looking for ready to use spelt recipes. This did not dissappoint! I baked half immediately and used as slider buns. The other half is in the freezer waiting to be needed. I scaled the dough at 2 oz a roll and it made 24 with less than an ounce extra.
