It turned out better than expected. My husband and son ate them up and said they were very good! Instead of red bell pepper and onions, I sautéed some mixed vegetables (from a bag of carrots, green beans, corn, and peas), seasoning them with salt, pepper, and Mrs. Dash Table Blend seasoning. I also baked them for a total of 25 min at 350. Served them with bagels and grapes. The combo made for a yummy, nutritious, and tasty meal. Thank you for the recipe!
