This recipe is amazing. I have 2 kids and am always on the go. These are great to grab and run. the only bad thing of these is after 4-5 days the tortilla will start to get soggy. I found after cooking in the microwave to toss it in the air fryer for 1 to 2 min at 400 degrees and it fixes the tortilla. I love this recipe. 10 stars.
