Loved how easy this was to make and very tasty. I cooked Maple flavored pork breakfast sausage in my air fryer and chopped them up to add to the casserole. I had stale brown bread to use up. I used Mexican shredded cheese and orange bell peppers since that's what I had on hand. I only used 9 eggs, I did not see the need for 10. We loved the green onion added to the top. Definitely a keeper!
