    Taste was ok, but instructions were critically wrong when they said to use a “regular sized” muffin tin. I put maybe a half teaspoon of meat and cheese (each) in each cup and then could barely get an egg yolk to fit let alone any whites. Putting anything additional cheese and meat on top was impossible. Doing my best, I stilled spilled a lot of egg on my counters and in the oven. Not to mention there was tons of dough leftover. So, recipe needs to define what size muffin pan they intend you to use.
