Easy crockpot recipe. I used half ground turkey and half lean ground beef to be a little more health conscious. When we opened the crockpot lid all the meat had cooked together into a big brick...I used my potato masher to separate it into small loose crumbles again. I liked this as is, it was savory with a hint of sweet. I might try cutting down or skipping the brown sugar next time, and maybe add a little dry mustard? We served ours open face on toasted hamburger buns,
