Description
Serve these chops with buttered snap peas, Orange & Onion Salad and dinner rolls. If molasses is too sweet for your family's taste, try using ketchup instead.

- 4 bone-in ribeye (rib) pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
- 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 Tbsp. molasses

Directions
- Season chops with salt and pepper. Stir together teriyaki sauce and molasses in a small bowl. Place pork over medium-hot coals and grill for 8-9 minutes, basting with sauce in the last few minutes, until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit, followed by a 3-minute rest time.
- Serves 4.
