My two picky eaters liked this! It did need more seasoning and salt. Next time I will use some thyme and lemon salt mix.

I seasoned the chicken with beer can spices and used italian bread crumbs to coat it in. The chicken was good and moist.

I use 2 tbs mayo, 1 tbs parmesan cheese; mix the two ingredients and cover in bread crumbs, then cook on 350 for about 30/40 mins. My youngest sister gave me the recipe if that gives the indication of how easy it is to cook.

This recipe is super moist. I have made it with the Italian Bread Crumbs and also with the Mayo and crushed Ritz crackers.....I liked it with the Ritz crackers and seemed more buttery flavored.

Had it tonight and it was great! I used ritz crackers instead of bread crumbs and it gave the chicken a nice buttery flavor!
