- 3/4 tsp. chilli powder
- 6 Tbsp. whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp. Garam Masala
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil (or sunflower oil)

- 140 grams onions (halved and finely sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. root ginger ( peeled, finely grated)

- 1/2 tsp. tumeric
- 3/4 tsp. chilli powder
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 4 Tbsp. yoghurt
- 2 medium tomatoes (peeled and very finely chopped)
- 350 mL chicken stock
- 1/4 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. Garam Masala
- 4 Tbsp. coriander leaves ( chopped)

this was my first ever curry and it turned out fab. a bit spicy for my liking but tidy went down a treat

Delicious. Kids devoured it. Would suggest having more stock to hand and I added the marinade into the sauce too. Used all Greek yoghurt as didn't have cream.
