- 2 habanero (/Rodo, use more or less)
- 1 1/2 onions (divided)
- 1 inch ginger (minced)
- 1 tsp. thyme
- palm oil (/Vegetable oil)
- seasoning (powder/cube)

Excellent
I put a red pepper and onion in a small food processor. Until very finely chopped. I then added 4 chopped tomatoes and cooked it down into a sauce. I added some red Chili flakes. Jamaican style - add a whole scotch bonnet - and do not let it sit to long - if it bursts it will be extremely hot. Remove it . Then add a can of canned mackerel (rinsed and bones removed).
