- 1/4 coconut (grated)
- 1 tsp. cumin (/ Jeera powder)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. black pepper (powder or you can use 4 pods of whole black pepper)
- 1 tsp. coriander powder
- 1 tsp. red chili powder (I used Kashmiri Mirch. You can use more if your taste permits so.)
- 1 tsp. turmeric powder
- 4 tsp. tamarind paste (or you can make a paste from tamarind pulp)
- 4 tsp. onion (paste)
- 2 tsp. ginger paste (– you can use readymade ones or can prepare yourself by grinding)
- 2 tsp. Garam Masala
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- coconut oil
- salt
- sugar
- 1 green chilies (5. 1, silted for garnishing, optional)
