    this is truly classic mac and cheese. i used pepper jack and cheddar in the cheese sauce, and just cheddar as called for on top. i used cavitappi pasta. you can of course add what you want, change cheeses, etc.

    Will try recipe again but with a more diverse cheese blend to avoid sauce breaking during baking. Might not bake at all - cook pasta fully and serve from stovetop. Added broccoli and mustard powder. Would recommend both.
