Excellent!! Great flavor, and easy to fold in the sauce at the last step. The rue was a bit concerning at first, but it worked out just fine on low heat. Will repeat.

I used only cheddar cheese as that is what I had, so we’ll see how it goes over. Also, the instructions say to leave the macaroni pet form, but I would imagine that if you did not intend to bake it at all and wanted to serve it right away out of the pan, you would need to boil it a little longer? Maybe not, but just a thought.
Update: it came out perfect! Even with just the one kind of cheese. I did bake it for twenty minutes in the oven, so I don’t know how the noodle texture would work out otherwise. I will make again, though!

This turned out epically good. I didn't have seasoned salt so I just used garlic and onion powder, along with salt, pepper, paprika and ground mustard. I found the sauce was thickening too quickly as the cheese was still melting so I thinned it out with some almond milk. Cheeses used: parmesan, cheddar, emmenthal and another mystery cheese from my drawer. I also added fried onions and some ham.

amazing. Not a lot of cheddar where i’m at, so used a mix of local cheeses. Used a bigger pan to spread it out for a bigger crispy top!

Turned out great! I used oat milk and vegan butter instead and it was great…very creamy and tasty!

First meal that has ever pleased everyone. I would have said, prior to this, that I hated Mac & Cheese but it was so so delicious. A family favourite from now on!

Super yummy!!! Added breadcrumbs on top to make a nice restaurant like finishing touch! Will be keeping this recipe :)
