Turned out great. I used canned diced tomatoes (didn't have fresh ones). I like the idea of using Rotel as a substitute.

The whole family loves it. I did replace the fresh tomatoes (we didn't have any fresh) with Rotel, the green chilies added a little spice! Delicious, will make again!
