    It was ok. the crust did not crisp at 200 degrees, so i wonder if this is a mistake. i used a torch to crisp it and then it was fine.

    Simple. fast and tasty delight. Was a breeze to make. If you are in a hurry just dump the lemon (with peel washed) rather than making a zest for an equally great effect. Makes a great dish for any meal!
