- 1 beet (chiogga)
- 1 bunch radishes
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped finely)
- 1 lemon (+ lemon wedges for an additional lemon)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 3/4 cup macadamia nuts (roughly chopped)
