loved it! used chicken and spinach sautéed in garlic, and some alfredo, mozerella, and fiesta blend cheese instead of goat cheese!

Wasn’t my favorite Mac and cheese. Made it with out the chicken as a side for my bison burgers and I was severely disappointed almost to much with the cream and the goat cheese.

I loved it, and I also made it once on short notice using 1/2 and 1/2 instead of heavy cream and Parmesan - equally delicious - one of the ultimate comfort foods! (Although I preferred the goat cheese!)
