This is an easy & delicious recipe!! I used Crock Pot roast mix because I had it & it was a fine substitute. The Coke really tenderizes the meat. My only addition, and you don’t need to do this if you’re watching calories, was corn starch mixed with the roast broth after roast was cooked to thicken the gravy. My family likes nice, thick gravy with pot roast. Try this & you’ll like it!
