- 6 scallions (white and light green parts cut into 2-inch lengths)
- 3 thai chiles (small, dried red)
- 1 piece fresh ginger (thinly sliced)
- 1 head garlic (halved crosswise, I used 4 cloves only)
- 1 Orange (medium, quartered)
- 1 cinnamon stick (4-inch)
- 4 lb. boneless pork shoulder (cut in large chunks)

My husband loved it.I was able to make this in our rv which means limited space so it can be hard to make any thing with any flare but this has flare but not so much to require a full kitchen.It worked.
