- 2 lb. new potatoes (or red, cut into 3/4-inch chunks)
- 1 chicken bouillon cube (Knorr ®, or Vegetarian Vegetable Bouillon Cube)
- 1 cup Hellmann's or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise

Directions
- In 4-quart saucepot, cover potatoes and Bouillon Cube with water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and cook uncovered 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain; DO NOT RINSE. Let cool slightly.
- In large bowl, combine cooled potatoes with Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Garnish with parsley and black pepper.
