- 2 bananas (ripe)
- 1 can full fat coconut milk (pure, refrigerated for at least 1 day)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (dried)
- 1 Tbsp. raw cacao (or cocoa powder)
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt (plus a pinch of, separate)
- 1 cup medjool dates (separated; soak 1 cup of dates in warm water while you're working on the other components)
- 2 Tbsp. lucuma powder
- 1 Tbsp. raw honey (or 2 tsp maple syrup)
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- 2 tsp. nut butter (raw macadamia, or tahini, or raw almond butter)
- flaked unsweetened coconut (to serve, optional)
- 1 cup medjool dates (pitted)
- 2 Tbsp. lucuma powder
- 1 Tbsp. raw honey (can be omitted or substituted with 2 tsp maple syrup)
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- 2 tsp. nut butter (raw macadamia, or tahini, or raw almond butter)
