    Granted, I just started a low cholesterol diet to keep from having to take medication to lower it. So, I am still used to butter and eggs in recipes. This recipe turned out a bit dry. The chicken was not dry. I did not use your recommended brand of Italian bread crumbs, so that may have been the culprit. But, a very good recipe for lower cholesterol. Thanks!
