- 1/2 cup soy sauce (I used Kikkoman)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup stevia (Granulated Sweetener or Splenda or sugar, or less, depending on how sweet you like it. Use Stevia Granulated Sweetener or Splenda for the South Beach Diet)
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. ginger puree (or fresh grated ginger root)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic puree (or fresh garlic, finely diced)

Very good!! Used low sodium soya sauce but only half the recipe don’t like ginger so skipped it turned out very good hubby even said it was good!

excellent flavor. Used Tamari instead of soy to make it GF and reduce salt content. I added a little cornstarch to thicken the sauce for the second application and garnished with sesame seeds instead of scallions... those i used in a side of cauliflower fried rice instead.

Used thighs and marinated in some low sodium soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper first. Three or four hours later removed from marinade and followed the recipe for sauce and cooking. Turned out really good. Served sliced on the diagonal over a bed of stir fried riced cauliflower. Will make again.
