    Read the comments before making this..... I layered it like a lasagna and I omitted the cumin and chili powered ( accidentally) it used Parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar instead of buying more cheese. Hubby said it was excellent. I will be making this again

    very delicious and even the hubs approved! A little difficult and time consuming to roll the zucchini so planning on making it layered next time like lasagna. And we used ground turkey and black beans because we didnt have thawed chicken on hand. It was so good!
