Good enough but I've had better. I used twice the amount of veggies to balance out the massive amount of ground beef. I baked it in a deep 10" cast iron skillet. Even 4c of cauliflower were barely enough to cover the beef mixture. I only added 1t of cumin (which was plenty; it adds kind of an odd flavor), and more than a pinch of salt and pepper to both the meat mixture and the cauliflower. I put about 2T of butter and a splash of oat milk into the cauliflower and mashed it with an immersion blender. The green beans are meant to be eaten as a side, so I didn't make them.
