    I used a blender instead of food processor and it turned out better than expecteď. It was malleable and with different spices added can really complement the filling of choice. Not eggy, plus the taste of cauliflower is not that empowering (I added grated parmesan, it was a hit!) Easy, fast, yummy with the added bonus of being modifiable. I won't look elsewhere for cauliflower tortilla recipe, this is the perfect one for me :)

    Made this recipe last night, but was too tiered to eat them. Had them with a lamb kebab for breakfast and i didn't warm them up, they are gorgeous and so moist and healthy!! Would definitely make them again. They are a staple in my recipe store!!! Many thanksssssssssssss
