- 28 oz. fire roasted tomatoes (Muir Glen, no salt added 15 oz. can)
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 1 lb. carrots (sliced about 4 large)
- 2 lb. potatoes (cubed about 2 large)
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 tsp. browning (& seasoning sauce Kitchen Bouquet)
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish (prepared raw not sauced)
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 2 tsp. Mrs. Dash (Table Blend spice)
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. caraway seeds (crushed or ground)
- 2 bay leaves (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. water

This is the best low sodium recipe I have found in over 3 months. I altered and used a Dutch Oven, rather than Instant Pot as recommended. The rcipes uses many ingredients I usually don't use, butI stocked up and glad I did. This goes to the top of the list for a very, very flavorful entree. I cooked without vegetables for an hour on top of the stove uncovered, then put in oven covered for one hour, at 1 hour 15 minutes prior to serving add sliced carrots and white potatoes, 1 hour before serving at chucks
of yams. Cover Dutch oven when in oven at 365 degrees. before serving add the cornstarch and water to thicken sauce. Excellent, excellent.
