Description

Healthy flapjacks with no butter and natural sugars. We all love flapjacks and for me the softer the better, so I replaced the ingredients with the healthier options and actually became yummy!

Ingredients

  • 500 grams oats
  • 250 milliliters agave nectar
  • 6 bananas (roughly 550grs all together)
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 100 grams raisins

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven first. The put the bananas, cinnamon and the agave nectar in a blender (or a bowl) and mix them together until they are smooth.
    2. In a tray, pour the oats and sprinkle the raisins on the top
    3. Pour the mix from step 1 on the top of the oats and mix them all together. Once all the oats are covered with the mix, just lay them down on the tray in a nice and smooth way.
    4. Put the tray in the oven for about 30-35 mins, until is lightly brown (you can leave it for more if you want them to be harder), then take it out and let it cool for 5 mins. Cut them in small pieces whilst on tray and enjoy them!
