Turned out great! I couldn't find low fat vanilla yoghurt thiugh, so I used regular greek yoghurt with some vanilla sugar

The pancakes lovely. The only thing I did was add vanilla essence to the dough to add a bit of sweetness

I tried the recipe this morning using wholemeal self-raising flour. Pancakes were soft and fluffy. Yum! My husband and my son love it. It's our new breakfast favorite. Thanks for the recipe :)

I didn't have baking soda so I used 2 teaspoons of baking powder instead, I also preferred to make these pancakes with a tropical fruits favoured yoghurt. They turned out fluffy and tasty.
Some pancakes I even added cinnamon and dark chocolate flakes to experiment.
strawberries are my favourite fruit to top pancakes.

Lovely, fluffy pancakes, made it with low fat greek yoghurt and added tbs of vanilla essence and honey for sweetness
