Turned out great. I used 3 frozen bananas that i thawed. Drained the thawed bananas in a sieve. Boiled the juice along with 2 tbsp of rum and grated lemon zest until reduced by half. Added to the wet ingredients. Will not add rum or zest next time. I added dark chocolate and peanut butter chips. Reduced sugar to 1/2 cup and found to be sweet enough.
