- 1 cup green grapes (or red)
- 1 milk (serving low FODMAP, like 1 cup lactose-free milk or almond milk)
- 1 oz. cheese (FODMAP-friendy, like parmesan, romano, cheddar, or mozzarella)
- 6 oz. brown rice spaghetti (uncooked)
- 2 Tbsp. garlic
- olive oil
- 2/3 cup leek leaves (finely chopped, green parts only)
- 480 grams tomatoes (about 4-5 medium regular, quartered and cores removed)
- 1/3 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning (low FODMAP, or more to taste)
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 16 oz. ground turkey
- 150 grams spiralized zucchini (for me, this is about 2 cups loosely packed)
- basil chiffonade (Fresh)
- Parmesan cheese (or nutritional yeast for dairy-free)
