  • 1 tablespoon gluten-free flour (I use Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Flour or Trader Joe’s Brand)
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon asafoetida powder (Gluten Free, Garlic & Onion Replacement)
