- 175 mL extra virgin olive oil (EVOO-, light in flavour, not light olive oil)
- 2 Tbsp. boiling water
- 2 tsp. coffee (instant, coffee helps lift the chocolate flavors)
- 250 grams almond meal (/almond flour)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flour
- 75 grams cocoa powder (unsweetened or cacao powder/Dutch processed powder)
- 4 Tbsp. stevia (Blend or alternative sweetener such as a monkfruit blend)
- 2 tsp. canela (ground)
- 1/2 tsp. allspice (powder)
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 100 mL heavy cream (full fat pure/)
- 75 grams dark chocolate (80% couveture or more)
