Kind of bland. Added roasted red onion (in addition to the sautéed onion) mushrooms and broccoli. Very gingerly! Pretty much all you can taste (and I like ginger)I appreciate the tip to cook the zoodles for 3 minutes. Perfect texture! I would not make this again.
