The texture was a bit airy, so I added 2 eggs and then refrigerated overnight, so much better! We made 2 variations, one with fresh rosemary, Parmesan and sea salt, and another with half milk half orange juice (mixed together), 1/4 tap each cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg and vanilla, orange zest, and chopped up prunes and walnuts, made a great breakfast bread
