- 1/4 yellow onion (finely minced)
- 1 head cabbage (2 pounds core cut out and cut into thin strips)
- 1/2 tsp. sweet paprika (I love Szeged Paprika, but any sweet paprika will work)
- salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- 1 cup full fat sour cream (sour cream, Daisy, preferred)
- 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese low-fat (grated, or regular)

Great will definitely make again. Sour cream curdled also but didn’t affect the taste

I really like the flavor and textures! I doubled the bacon and onion. It was so good!
I will say that my sour cream sort of curdled. How do I stop that? Was it too cold when I added it? Appreciate any suggestions. It certainly didn’t ruin the meal, it would just be nice to get a result like the picture. Looks all silky!

I love cabbage, bacon and sour cream, but this recipe just did not work for me. It was too sweet and the texture was off. I may try this recipe again and cook the cabbage only once.

changed the recipe. No bacon added lean ground beef and used greek yogurt instead of sour cream. Changed it from a side dish to a main meal.

I used cheddar as thats all i had. My boyfriend and I couldnt get enough! I'm considering making a pan just to freeze! A real keeper.

This was an amazing dish! It was quick and easy to prepare and has great flavor. I will definitely make this again.
