    use this as a substitute for baked mac & cheese. everyone loves it and they don't realize it's good for them.

    We have made this dozens of times, the whole family loves it. It goes great with BBQ. To create more flavor I leave out the regular cream cheese and add 7 ozs of garden variety or very veggie cream cheese

    The best Keto dish to date!! We (husband, daughter and I), started the Keto diet 6 weeks ago and have tried MANY recipes. This one by far is the best one yet, actually feels like you are cheating its so good!! Did not modify the recipe in any way! Its a keeper exactly how it is!

    i substituted Hellman's for sour cream and Colby Jack for cheddar but OMG it was so good!!!!! i hated cauliflower and this is the very first time I've ever cooked it. my husband begged for cauliflower and after 5 years i finally caved in.

    Was sooo delicious! I added some garlic sea salt, just a pinch or so) and made it all the more better. I also in later renditions I did, added some spinach and nutritional yeast to help add more rounded nutrition to the dish. Felt sinful without feeling bloated after . *drool*

    Made this and it was so good! I used herb and garlic cream cheese because thats what I had and it everyone loved it!! Will make again for sure!! Was super easy and tasted great (:

    Very flavorful!! My husband didn’t know there was cauliflower in it and he loved it. Easy peasy to make. Will definitely make again.

    Very tasty and easy to make. Could always try and adjust fat content by reducing bacon and using light cream cheese and cheddar and sour cream and would likely still be tasty

    always a favorite. i love cauliflower and finding new ways too cook it. i am vegetarian and just omit the bacon...it's also good with onions and extra cheese

    OMG! This was so delicious. Made a similar version years ago with only Parmesan cheese and sour cream. The additional ingredients gave a super punch. I am thinking of making this for Easter dinner because my daughter always asks for the old recipe. She will love this.
