Very oily on top. I did alter the recipe to be more keto, Velveeta is not cheese so I used queso instead. I also made my own taco and ranch seasonings due to hidden sugars and carbs in prepackaged. I siphoned off the excess oil and sprinkled xanthan gum while whisking and it became more creamy. It does taste good though. We also like spicey in our family, so I added a dehydrated chipoltlé pepper and three dried cayenne peppers in a double batch. The family approved!

Very good! I cut recipe in half and used chili ready diced tomatoes instead of Rotel, 4oz can of green chili’s and added cilantro. Also sautéed chopped onion and poblano pepper with ground meat.
Made in pot on stove and needed to cook on med-hi for about 45min to get cream cheese to completely melt

Amazing! This was a hit with everyone in the family. I tried replacing Velveeta cheese with Monterrey Jack cheese, and I think it turned out fine. Just be aware it doesn’t make a whole lot. Will definitely make this again.

needed extra taco seasoning and I substituted Velveeta with taco blend cheese but it was amazing
