    Even the almost 2 year old loved it! Skipped the jalapenos and salsa in the meat but still very flavorful and delicious! Would double the recipe next time so there's more leftovers.

    this was fabulous! everyone including two three year olds and picky husband ate it and enjoyed it. we ate it with tortilla chips because we don't do low carb 😉

    It seems like eggs would be a weird item to put in this dish, but it turned out fabulous! I doubled the recipe like others recommended, and there was hardly any left. The entire family loved it!!

    I didn’t use cream cheese, hot sauce, or any cream but it was great! Just like the other comments said, it didn’t taste eggy at all 🌈 I also made guac on the side. Despite being low carb, it was all very filling

    It was really good. I didn't think I'd like it because of the eggs in it. We eat a lot of eggs and this just didn't sound good to me. My husband suggested making it and to my surprise it was amazing. It will definitely be added to my line up when I menu plan every week. I cut a fresh bell pepper in half and served the taco casserole in it. so good!

    This is easy and delicious! My picky son even loved it. It can be easily adjusted to suit your taste. I was a bit worried about the egg under the cheese but it was totally fine. Didn't taste the egg at all. I'll be making this again and again.

    Oh my gosh 🥰👌🏻one of my favorite dishes. So glad I found it. I omitted the hot sauce to keep the heat down. I also added a bag of Fritos chili cheese chips on top before I baked it. Delicious!

    I made this today, and loved it. I put extra cream cheese and onions in with the taco meat, and my own taco meat mix. I left out the hot sauce. It came out really good!

    Recipe came out just as planned, yet the flavor was a bit bland...seemed to lack a base to this dish, like rice or potatoes. I was able to doctor up some leftovers with some added salsa and rice as a base and that was actually pretty good!

    Very tasty! I didn’t have the right sized baking dish so I used a cake pan (lol) but it was still amazing. I had to leave it in the oven for a little longer because of this.

    Taco Casserole was great and very easy to make. Less than 30 minutes. Everyone that ate it, loved it. Will make again but double recope.
