    This was AWESOME! I made it without jalapeños, since hubby and I don’t like them but it was so easy and really good!!!!
    Great recipe! I omitted the hot sauce and jalapeños to make it kid friendly and my almost two year old couldn’t get enough. Will definitely be making it again.

    Great easy Keto casserole that the whole family will enjoy I followed the recipe’s basic premise - ground beef with cream cheese, seasonings, cheeses & eggs. I added a bit of chopped raw spinach & used a taco sauce since I had no salsa on hand I will definitely make again

    This was good, although I cut way back on the spices since my kids don't care for spicy food. I used mild salsa and omitted the hot sauce completely. It was a little bland for me, so I added lots of salsa to mine, but the kids seemed to like it fine.

    It was delicious! I didn’t use whipping cream because my family doesn’t like fluffy eggs and the eggs still turned out great. Definitely a remake!

    Made this twice now and it’s fantastic. I was also worried about it tasting too eggy but it was fine. I added chipotle salsa, habanero hot sauce, spicy taco seasoning and jalapeños. Yum!

    So good!! I was worried that it would taste too much like eggs. But the site was right, the eggs were creamy and cheesy, perfect pairing with the meat. Absolutely delicious. I added olives and green onions on top
