- 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted, or butter, or, my favorite ¼ cup of each)
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups sugar (liquid preferred, see below)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. coconut extract (or can use Coconut Sugar-Free Syrup such as Da Vinci's to substitute)

This recipe does not include directions. I even signed up for the Yummly account, at which point the "Directions" heading disappeared entirely. I clicked on the "Read Directions" tab at the top, which only takes me to a page advertising VeryWell Fit, not to the directions for this recipe. I do not know what the actual cake tastes like. It might be absolutely amazing if I knew the method and baking temperature to apply to the list of ingredients.
