The innards were really good. I added 1 chopped jalapeño, and rice. Not sure why it doesn’t mention salt and pepper, or if I just missed it, but I added that too. Also blanched the peppers for 5 minutes. Good stuff!

Super easy to make & they tasted delicious! I modified the recipe a tad and added brown rice to the meat.
