I used pork, ginger, zucchini, mushrooms, and shredded carrots. It definitely needs some kind of sauce to give it flavor

Flavor was ok but the cabbage leaves were very rubbery. The leaves need to be soaked longer than a minute but I braised the cabbage instead and it worked out
