This is very good. I used 4 whole eggs instead of 6 egg whites and it turned out great

This was FANTASTIC. I made them into muffins instead of in a baking dish. I also added more nutmeg. Per "SA" below, I agree, this would have been good with mushrooms added to it. And, I ALWAYS add extra garlic. :) I'd definitely make this again.

I'm sure this is wonderful as it is very similar to one I've been making for years. I vary slightly and leave out garlic & nutmeg and substitute in other shredded cheeses depending on what is on hand that day ...like mozzarella and/or swiss. Family loves it so normally have to make more than one.
