- 1 head cauliflower (cut into florets)
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. crushed garlic (leave out if you don’t like garlic in your potatoes)
- pepper (to taste)
- 1 1/4 lb. ground turkey (or 1 package)
- 5 oz. spinach
- 1 cup yellow onion (chopped)
- 1 cup bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 1/2 cups green beans (cut into about 1″ pieces and cooked, but still a bit crunchy)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. rosemary (chopped, dried or fresh)
- 1 tsp. thyme (chopped, dried or fresh)
- ground pepper
- salt (to taste, I didn’t add any because I thought the worcestershire sauce added enough salt but you may want some depending on your salt preference)
