Amazing!!! Very tasty. I did add slightly more broth and Worcester sauce. I didn’t realize until I was putting it in the Oven that I skipped the tomato paste. Was still great without it. I used cauliflower on half and potato in half to please the kiddos but I actually preferred the cauliflower side.
