I added more pepper and salt and some cheese. They were delicious, my husband loved them.

Glad I tried this recipe. But despite following the instructions, it turned out pretty dry.

Delicious! I added finely chopped green onion, chive, garlic and onion powder along with the sea salt and pepper. I doubled the recipe and cooked them in a medium sized cast iron pan on medium low gas heat. They were crispy on the outside, browned nicely and did not fall apart! I will definitely be making these again. Great grab and go protein snack, or in a wrap with veggies!

This was so easy to put together. Really doesn't need much more. Next time I may try throwing in green onions or a topping of whipped cream cheese or goat cheese to make a serious salmon burger!
